Who Will Reign This Winter?
Winter is coming….. its time to gather your running army and fight off the army of wintery excuses.
We need all runners to unite and fight together to win this battle… mum runners, dad runners, park runners, marathoners, ultra runners, casual runners. It’s time to put on your running shoes and answer the battle call.
The days are short, the weather is cold, the mornings are nicer spent in bed. The temptation to hit snooze on that alarm clock is high.
But we MUST prevail against this wintery army of excuses. We are calling all great houses of our nation – House WA, House SA, House NT, House QLD, House NSW, House ACT, House VIC and House TAS to run.
Which House will gather the biggest army?
We need leaders to rise… to rule over these 8 Great Houses. To gather their army, to form the battle plan.. to inspire their soldiers to run on during Winter. Who will these leaders be? Will they survive the Winter on their throne or will another attempt to lay claim to their seat? Perhaps alliances will be formed…
Which House will reign in this great battle of zones, and which Houses will need to bend the knee?
All soldiers will receive a metal neck piece to add to their armour at the conclusion of their victorious battle.
The winning zone (the one who covers the most kms between their army) will receive the gold (charitable donation). This will go to the children of their House (the children’s hospital) to help towards their safety over Winter.
