Stay on Track and Train with Mum Runner in 2020
In 2020 we want to motivate and inspire you to train.
We want you to encourage you to set running goals and then chase after them.
We want 2020 to be an amazing year for you and your running aspirations.
To this end, we have developed our “Train in 2020” medal. This medal features 8 different magnetic pieces which you will add to the medal as you achieve your running goals and run distances. It has a moving runner piece that you can move along the kilometre bar as your kms add up over the year.

What you get:
- Base Train medal
- 8 magnetic pieces. These pieces are goal 1, goal 2, goal 3, 5km, 10km, 15km, 21.1km and 42.2km. You will note there are 5 distance pieces but only 4 wheels. We have designed it this way so you DO NOT have to run a marathon to complete your medal. Of course, if a marathon is on your goal list then that piece is there for you to add.
- As you achieve your distances and goals (and show us the proof) we will send you the appropriate piece to add to your medal. You will not receive all the pieces up front as we want you to stay motivated and train throughout the year!
- Postage costs for all pieces are included in the entry price
You must state your 3 primary goals at the beginning of the challenge. You may set secondary goals as well and we will accept these if you are unable to complete your 3 main goals.
Please note your pieces will be sent out at the end of each month after you achieve the goal or distance.
You will need to let Mum Runner know either by email or Facebook message when you achieve your goal or distance.
You do not have to achieve the distances at an event and they can be part of your regular training.
You do not have to run a marathon to complete the medal. You can finish it with 5km, 10km, 15km and 21.1km.
You have 12 months to train for and achieve the goals and distances.
You do not have to use Strava for this challenge and may send us evidence from another running app.
