It’s January 2022..
A new year full of new opportunities, new resolutions and new running goals.
At the beginning of each new year your motivation and energy are high and you are excited for the potential of each new day. But what do you do when “life” happens? When you get busy, when mum life or work takes over and the days start to slip by and with them, your resolutions. That’s when you need to show discipline!
Discipline is the bridge between goals and accomplishments. It’s the difference between what you WANT to achieve and what you DO achieve.
We are beginning the year by challenging you to take your new year’s resolutions and turn them into an accomplishment with our #discipline challenge.
We want you to set yourself a distance running goal for the month. You need to submit this with your entry so there’s no going back and you have some accountability. If you achieve your distance goal you will receive our #discipline singlet or #discipline muscle tee. If you don’t achieve it then we keep the #discipline top! Simple right? Please note the singlets are a small fitted top and you may wish to size up.
We understand each runner’s journey is different and that is why we are asking you to set your individual distance. We encourage you to choose a target that will push you and keep you accountable to your goals, rather than a simple one that you can pass in your first week. Remember, our goal is to keep you running have you demonstrate some #discipline.
Each runner will receive a #discipline dog tag medal.
